I don't want to do this but I really have to.
I am selling my 18 ft. Palm Beach CC with 70HP Yamaha 2 Stroke and Trailer.
The boat is turn key and in the water ready to go. Slip is paid for for the rest of the year. Great bay boat.

2009 70 HP Yamaha - professionally maintained, tuned up this spring 143 hours approx. Very low hours. I bought this motor new in 2010 as a leftover from Gateway Marina.

Hull - 1999 Palm Beach with newer Bilge pump, Sending unit just replaced last year, new steering and cable just installed this past spring. battery just 2 years old and always stored inside in winter on trickle.

Garmin fish finder, nets, anchor on 4 ft of chain and 150 ft. of rope., all safety equipment and cleaning materials included.

Cosmetic: The seat could use new vinyl - priced it out at about $100

I love this boat, but unfortunately I just don't have time to get to play with it enough. It's a great bay boat and fishes like a much bigger boat.
