Fish Monger II Thurs 7/2 am Had Nick and the family aboard For a family memorial then fishing. Started the day with an ashes service down in lavalette their grandfathers fav spot! The crew wanted action n since we were already down south we proceeded to the nearest bottom which of course was loaded with seabass. Keep em busy Got their 2 big ones each and a few ling and tossed back couple nice tog . Then headed fluking on the local lumps. Was slow mostly Shorts but managed 4 fat keepers and a few more ling. Fun time with 45 bottom fish headed back to the beach house for a fish fry. Awesome fun family crew thanks again


Fish Monger II Thurs 7/2 Pm Ling - Back out for an afternoon bottom fish special. Quite the variety to go along w the ling this afternoon. Had a hard time staying away from the seabass at a couple spots so we just threw back all the small ones n only kept jumbos for our 18... 6 or 7 cod couple flounder couple keeper fluke threw back a couple blackfish along with short fluke n 4 spots to go along with 130 ling for a nice box of 160 for the 7 man crew Fun afternoon Am trips are booked but Prob will run a few more 330 bottom trips as open boat thru July so will keep ya posted Thanks
