Many people talk about it, few people actually do it. Andy and your team you are truly a class act.! Thanks for all your hard work. It's unimaginable so many people have no regard for nature and the public resources. Since most of this dumping occurs probably off the beaten path and at night it's probably difficult to prevent this from happening but if anyone were to ever get caught I hope the punishment fits the crime.
