It's absolutely legit. Been doing this for years. This particular site I've done for like 7 months, it's still small and new I think it has potential so I'm trying to get more participants. If more anglers join the pots will get bigger and more place slots will get prizes. Right now it's winner takes the whole pot, all done through PayPal.
You can email the creator directly, it's not a big company or anything. Just another angler that started and runs it.
