Default Re: Castable Floro?

Fluoro is NOT invisible only has better light refractive qualities . i introduced the very first fluoro material to the NE market in 1984 which was Seaguar. It was an immediate hit was tuna anglers since it was used by LL long before it appeared on the sport market .
Under certain conditions it can & will give u the an edge, all so called fluoro coated mono's will not perform the same as 100% fluoro since ur comparability of these two materials takes on one or the other characteristics .
I was told by Kreha engineers the this comparability of mono / fluoro is not a match made in heaven & most cases does not prove out .
So if u feel what UR using works for u that's all u need to worry about , remember recognizing when u need fluoro & when it will not help much is probably the key to much of its success .
I personally have used it for over 25 yrs & I'll never fish without it if I deem it will help under specific conditions .
I fish nothing but 100 % fluoro from the get go & contuine to do so & as I stated in my earlier opinion" Toray " in LL applications has no equal &'I've used them all.
Last count only few companies in Japan were making most of it Kreha is probably the largest to sport market & it's Seaguar brand most recognized. Lots of claims in this product market place & hard to recognize the marketing hype from fact.
