I'm pretty sure you'll be able to hook up with something between deadbaiting or throwing lures. The Raritan has to be cleaner than the Passaic so I think more of the
fish would follow their nose to the fresher water.
Was on the Passaic today and landed a 6lb striper on an 8" jerkbait. Nothing on dead or live bait though. So they are running, and biting.
