That guy fishes farrington, spruce run, and round valley with a surf rod and no license... He "a no speaka" but has a 1979 igloo cooler full of palm sized sunnies, perch, crappie, shiners, and 3-4 illegal bass. He swears they all taste great when salted and consumed with bath tub vodka.
