The article says "The state’s commercial industry generates $1 billion a year and supplies 15,000 jobs, while the recreational industry generates $640 million and 10,000 jobs, according to the DEP rule proposal."

I thought recreational industry supports more jobs when you consider all private, charter, and party boats, marinas, boat repairs, fishing merchendise, bait shops, etc.
