It is total BS that there is any kind of compromise being considered. All recreational fishermen should be concerned about this. Click this link

It is important that federal funding be restored but allowing so called Full Access Zones that encroach on spots funded by private groups and individuals on the two reef sites is not the answer.
I have attached two pictures below that show where the zones would be. They are outlined in red. Note the number of spots on Axle Carlson that will be affected.
