Default jigging spoon

I can't really find the type of jigging spoon i'm looking for in local shops. I want a vertical jigging spoon type lure that is super light with a really really slow, fluttering sink. closest thing i can find is a phoebe, which are great but the bigger phoebes are the size i want but sink too fast for what i want.

Optimally i'm looking for a bigger 3-3.5" lure that flutters and sinks at the rate of those miniature phoebes or even slower! made of a very thin metal or something. i was even thinking of getting a sheet or very thin metal and cutting it into a fish shape, attaching splitrings and a hook and trying that.

I know a lure that meets this requirement exists online maybe at bassproshop.com but without holding it in my hand i can't figure out what to get. it must be very thin and light! thanks in advance for any suggestions.
