Wasabi Loco is probably the best in the area. I used them last April and we had a really productive day with sails, marlin and wahoo but its hit or miss. They mostly troll since the drop off is right outside the inlet and the conditions many times makes drifting impossible for bottom fishing (it can blow pretty good depending on the time of year). They did say its your boat when you charter and they will accomodate what type of fishing you want but trolling seems to be the number one option for the area.
