Default First Ice is nice!
Got out with MikeyTopaz, DuckorBleed and FastEddie on Saturday looking for my first fish of the New Year. Bounced around between 2 lakes and ended up having a pretty decent day. Ended up with 6 Pickerel, 2 Pike, and a Yellow Perch. All fish on tip-ups except for 1 Pickerel on a Rapala jig, got to watch the entire fight through clear ice in my shanty . Yesterday's rain messed things up, but hopefully this cold snap sets us up for a good season on ice!
