Captains are not stretching it I was out today as well with the same results as you. Do the math quite simple I got 2 shorts today no keepers but the boat had at least 40 keepers for at least 30 fisherman. Now go & do a charters math I would say the average charter average was just as close. Divide 6 into 40 & you got a limit plus. I'm not knocking party boat fishing but if the NK3 had 40 fares & everybody limited that would be 240 keepers
. Try some charter fishing for Blackfish your chances of coming home with more Blackfish increases much more. As for Fluke fishing I'm glad it's over & when it opens up I'm happy because there are less people fishing for the ground fish I like to fish for.
