There are a few access. You have Aquaduct park in Lincoln Park off 202 (Booton Tpke) just west of Rt 23 which is close to the Passaic River confluence. There is a ramp that's good for small boats. There is also a car top launch behind the Dunkin Donuts and Mc Cobbs off Hamburg Tpke in Wayne close to the beginning of the river.
