Party Boat Angler Thursday report
It sure felt good to be back out on the water today. I took a shot and fished NY waters today and found big porgies. The fish were the biggest we have seen this year and the fishing was good with high hook between 25 and 30 scup. The fishing slowed when the tide changed and we found some more good sized porgy with a few tog to go along with them. Oh yes plenty of good sized sea bass.
The weather looks good for Friday and we will have an extra hour of flood tide which is best. This will make for many more fish. Bill from Bridgewater beat Shorty for the pool at three whistles with a nice tog.
First boat out at 7:00 AM tomorrow.
