Default Looking to put together a crew of 4-6 guys

Hey guys. I've been reading this forum for a while and decided to join because this sounds like a good community. After a 2 season break, I'd like to get back to fishing regularly. I'm looking for 4-6 guys who FISH....not just like to go fishing in fair weather every once in a while but who FISH. So, you have to know what you're doing, have good gear, be experienced with fishing on boats, be safe/responsible and share in the tasks of prepping, running the boat, clean up, etc. No drama; just a tight crew, good times and big fish.

I supply/maintain the boat (27' Pro-Line W/A with a 275 Verado). She's on a trailer so I have the flexibility to launch from anywhere. Would prefer guys from Middletown/Atlantic Highlands/Highlands because that's where I'm from and it makes things easier. We can't all fish on the same day but I figured that if we have 4-6 "regular" guys there'll usually be 2 or 3 who can go. I've had the boat to Mud Hole/Monster Ledge many times but that's probably as far as it prudently should sail so we won't be trolling the canyons.

I hope I didn't come across brash but I'm done with the friend/weekend warrior thing. I figured that if I'm frank from the beginning, there shouldn't be any crossed lines later (no pun intended). Ok, ok, pun intended.

So, if you're interested, either reply or PM me and we can talk off-line. I'd like to be dialed-in for the fall striper fishing. Thanks!
