Down Deep 40' - 8/25 6AM OPEN BOAT FLUKE !
Today aboard the 40' Down Deep we sailed a 6 am OPEN BOAT trip. Nice ride out, still a small left over roll, and finally, a wind shift. We picked all day with shorts mixed in. Pete ( who was double-fisted today ), working 2 poles and for a while, put a show on  . He was HH with 6 (ORL) nice keepers to 5.5 lbs, and Joe was right behind him with a bunch of keepers to 6 lbs. Fishing is on the upswing, after a few days of easterly non sense, good life today with quality keepers shaking off the swell !!! Thanks everyone for sailing with us, it's was a real nice day.
