Always appreciate info like this from experienced anglers like yourself.
In the past when setting up bottom fishing trips or charters I would try to stay away from the two moon phases if at all possible. Have also found to have slower fishing when fishing with a SW wind. Every day is different, so as mentioned the best time to get out is any day that you can get out.
