Default Cape Cod 7/20

Took a NS limited load trip to Nanucket

Advertised to be 7 - 4, actual 7:06 - 6:30

Is a long ride, even with boat really moving, no gas consevation here. After 2 1/2 hours started fishing

Winds brought in colder water, fishing was slowed. Was using 12 - 14 ounces

When tide slowed, spiny dogs swarmed. 20 dogs to single fluke stated being caught

Rain started around 1. Was so cold and damp, my daughter got them to turn heat on in cabin

Daughter still fished, 10 of 45 guys stayed in and warm.

3of us finished with 13 fluke and a 12 pound blue

We did not have any bragging size, boat did have a 9 and 10 plus a bunch of 5 - 7's

Some sea bass, not anything to brag about

Mate Matt was the best mate I have ever seen work deck. Only competition was Matt when he worked deck on Norma K. Cooking breakfast, rigging poles, repacing hooks, cutting fish, cleaning boat he did it all. Service is what makes the trip, i would say the service on this trip made it complete
