Default 7/19 Fluking on the Grateful Dad

Launched out of Keyport at 8, headed out to the Hook. Couple of drifts by the sticks and SH channel yielded doggies, doggies, doggies. Went back inside, got a few shorts in the Chapel Hill channel, but it was slow, so we lined up with EVERYBODY else in the Reach. Light east wind and incoming tide gave us nearly a perfect drift. Slow pick at shorts until around noon, when we found some decent fish. I got a nice 6 pounder, followed by my buddies' 22" and 21". Back to the barn by 3, finished the day at the Blue Rock.
