For those of you who never met Howie, it could not have happened to a nicer guy. Besides being an avid fisherman, yaker and clammer, Howie is also invovled in the NJ Chapter of Heros on the Water.
Quick story... I was planning on visting some friends down the shore and always wanted to try clamming so posted some questions up on the site... Howie PMd me with some tips and I stopped by his home on the way down and he set me up with all the gear too. Was all excited when we got our first clams and phoned him that Sunday afternoon when he informed me you are not allowed to clam on Sundays
