Found the resin and other materials at James Town Distributers. Nice folks, had what I needed and saved me a bunch on shipping. Got my thru hull fittings at Hamilton Marine in Maine.

I have 98% of the grinding and wood removal done and all the plumbing is out.
Ordered the motor yesterday and I have a buddy coming over Saturday to start reassembly. I will post pictures of the project when completed.
