Speaking with some other members of the board, we find it too easy to question pictures of just fish against a measure with a lighter in the picture. What we suggest is changing the rules to require 2 pictures... 1 with the fish against a measure with a lighter in the picture and a second picture of the angler holding the fish. We feel this will validate both the size of the fish and the validity of connecting it not only to the angler, but also the appropriate season, background, etc. Let's do this....
