Default Baileys irish Cheese cake

You can search high and far but you will never taste anything better.

DANS CHEESE CAKE

INGREDIENTS

14 Honey gram crackers crushed
1 stick butter melted (non salted)
4 8 oz packages cream cheese
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup Bailey Irish cream ( can sub w/1/2 cup milk )
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon van extract
1/5 cup all purpose flour (use 1/4 cup and take out 2 tablespoons)

directions

1. pre-heat oven to 335 degrees / grease a 10 inch springform pan

2. In a med bowl mix graham crackers crushed with melted butter. Then press on to bottom of spring foam pan. ( spray side of pan with pam baking spray )

3. In a large bowl mix cream cheese with sugar until smooth. (Important all eggs / cream cheese/
milk / baileys / sour cream) should be at room temp. Blend baileys with milk and hand stir in.
Mix in one egg at a time and stir just enough to incorporate. Mix in sour cream and vanilla and
flour until smooth. Pour filling into pre-pared crust.

4. Bake in pre-heated oven for 60 minutes - I bake for 50 then start checking for the edges to look tanish. Turn the oven off and let the cake cool in the oven for 1/2 hour - I open the door for 1
minute just to let some of the heat escape.

The hand mixing and the room temp ingredients help the cake from forming cracks…

Only use mixer to mix cream cheese with sugar !!!!!!

Cover the baking rack twith foil to prevent dirty oven
