And as the old saying goes "If the queen had b***s she would be king" however in our situation the queen is NOAA, NMFC, and ASMFC and she has 20 heads and they are all up her big fat A**!!!!! The problem is not this state did this and that state did that kindergarten finger pointing. The problem is the management system as a whole with mis-management based on absolutely horrendous science and studies that results make absolutely no sense.
