RussA, and Paul you both need to reconcile your statements. Russ you did make the statement:
"You post that NY went over 125%, well if NY had the share you in NJ had, we would never go over because we imposed way stricter regulations than NJ ever did or will of it's own free will, no they need to be forced to. NJ would have went way over with the regulations you set for yourselves if you had what NY had the last 10+ years."
The catch rates and quotas per state, and the formula used to establish them need to be posted here as a basis for your statements. Opinions?
