Bob, If you check the cost for required maintenance schedules for 300 hours on the 2 engines, the Yamaha will cost over $2000 more. The maintenance is required by Yamaha to keep your warranty valid and has to be performed by a certified dealer. Nothing for 300 hours on the E-Tec.
