+1 for Flynn's Knoll, those scattered small rocks and mussel beds are prime big Big Fluke Habitat. There are small Seabass and Porgies there during the late spring, summer, and early fall months, thus always providing a food source for those big fluke. The only time you will probably not catch fluke there is if the water temp is higher than 77 degrees Fahrenheit.
One of my all time favorite fluke spots because it is an extememly short ride from AH or the Shrews. and Navesink rivers.
