Ocean Explorer Tuesday
10-22-13 I like this kind of weather,,man it was nice today..Took a little looking around but we got dialed into the porgies by the second drop and had some really nice moments with Chops coming up all around the boat,,then they would back away,,then come again here and there but overall it was good..I got me a nice bucket full of nice fish....Again the water was clear,,the lighter the better I thought with the tackle..3oz.sinker and number 4 hook worked well..Light leader..The pool fish was another blackfish about 4-5 lbs..seen some other shorts as well...Most were porgy fishing though..It is really fun with some of the lighter fluke rods,,these chops fight hard...Especially a double header!!See ya tomorrow..I know the weather is kinda iffy,,if you can wait till Thursday it will be better..Friday to..If you want to come tomorrow give me a call or we shall see what it looks like in the morning..
