Bird, I know where you are talking about and yes....worth the hike but gotta watch out for timber rattlesnakes in that area especially(I am dead serious, I'm not trying to discourage anyone from fishing it)...If you go there or anywhere on the Ramapo for that matter, wear long pants and boots.....There's also alot of poison Ivy in that area so just watch where you are walking....You may even run into a bear also as they are there 100%.....Happy Trouting!!!
