9/25/13 Kenneth Barker was a high bidder on one of the trips we auctioned off last fall ... Jersey Hooker Charters donated the money to 5 local family that needed....
Heard the boys out east did not get them on Tuesday and the guys fishing the mud dump did excellent figured it was going to be a easy day brought chum, sardines, jigs and some clams just in-case ...... We we arrived @ the dump and there was a gill netter set up across the hump .... everyone headed into the area like heros and took off with their tails between their legs ..... I did about a 3 mile loop in search of the illusive Yellow Eyed Tuna.... NG !!!!
I told ken and his crew i cannot sit here and be un productive 2 options troll or bottom fish !!!!! they chose bottom fish .. I felt bad you could tell they were not very enthused with catching porgys and releasing sea bass..... Came Back with a bunch of porgys in the cooler and beautiful flat calm seas ....
