Tom - if this boat was totally under water everything will need to be replaced to include the elecrtical systems. Even if it was free, the cost for replacing everything makes it economically unfeasable since you would never get the money back that you put in. Even if you could provide all your own labor it's likely to be a loosing financial proposition, not that any boat is a winning proposition
