Got a chance to get out again on Friday with muuuch better weather and the fishing was great again. Trolled around for about 2 hrs with not so much as a nibble. I wanted to change up and go to the valley for lakers because it didn't look good but friends wouldn't let me..thank god lol. Then BigFishy took over driving and found them!! It was on for a good 2 hrs!. Caught 8 or 9 hybrids (biggest weighed in @ just above 7lbs 23.5" and all fish were 4lbs+, 4 smallies biggest was around 3lbs, and a bunch of catfish biggest one was around 28" with two others in the 25" range (lot of smaller ones mixed in). All of the cats were extremely skinny? All fish were caught on herring and all were released.
