This article comes from a radical leftist tree hugger group, the Environmental Defense Fund. I found it in the Asbury Park Press. However this time, they make sense.. Most fisherman know the "you should throw the little ones back" management approach is flawed.. A better approach is slot limits IMHO.. let anglers keep a few of the smaller and mid size fish, and limiting the numbers of big breeders taken..
