Fishing was Hot ! ! !
What a good day to be fishing, sorry you missed it. The weather was good, the ocean was good, the drift was good, and so was the west wind. To top it off the fluke fishing was Hot ! ! ! The morning started with some nice quality keeper fluke coming aboard.. We started catching fluke up to 4 lbs. right from the get- go.... The buck tails did well, but the green gulps did better, even the bait draggers had good action, as I said before the fishing was hot. Some of the group had their limit, Tom from Piscataway NJ had his limit plus he had the pool winner with his 6 lb. fluke. We had a 6 lb. 10 oz. fluke come over the rail, but, they were not in the pool. And Tom from Delaware, also had a 5 lb. fluke plus other keepers Others had 1-4 keepers. Every one went home with fish ..
