I don't have a recommendation but just a story to share. I was down in that area and was talked into by a resort employee (a method that worked out well for me in the past) to go out fishing with his neigbor. I came up to a tiny wooden skiff and a captain that didn't speak english. We went out and trolled for 4 hours then came back with not even a bite. The captain did nothing else but bait the hooks, thow the lines out and hand us the poles. Next thing we know we are heading back.

My lesson learned is to make sure to do some research before going out when on vacation. Now I research and plan the fishing trip more than the actual vacation.
