Default Re: which baitcaster reel for weighless plastic?

OK so I'm not the most accomplished baitcaster caster but....I have a a Revo S that I got as a Christmas present on a Bass Pro Shops ****** Blade 7' medium action rod and I can cast just about anything with that with good distance. I really love it....is that sad that I love a reel? A bit pricey I know but it is much better than the BPS Extreme Baitcaster I have. I still cannot get the distance with a plastic worm (even a Senko) or a really light crank bait that I can with a spinning setup but that may just be me. I just keep one spinning setup and one baitcast setup rigged. Baitcaster for most things and the spinning outfit for when I need to throw the thing into the next zip code or for the really light stuff or when the wind is kicking (backlash avoidance!). I also think the 7' (or longer) rod helps with the additional distance thing just as much as the reel selection.
