The only large dam , besides the clinton dam, is the
Duke island park dam...All other existing dams are relatively small...
Like you said maybe someone transported them there.....
All it takes is a few guys fishing the dukes falls , catching below the dam and releasing above the dam....Pointless i think, as the fish would be trapped above dukes for good....Until they spawn and die , anyway....
