Slow start to the day at the first spot we hit. My father ended up with one smallie at about 1 1/2 pounds. Decided to leave and landed at Dukes. My father got 2 more smallies to about 4lbs and a few trout while I crushed the trout. Well he decided he couldn't be outdone so he ended up with the biggest of the day, himself. I thought about hooking into him myself but didn't want to ruin my lure! Good day overall until the self impalement. Sorry no pic of bigger fish but he caught it after he caught himself and digging for his phone while I was down river wasn't possible.
