Not sure what happened with your line, sorry to hear that. I always spool my own line since you never know who's behind the counter at these larger retail stores, some guys are great and some very new. On the subject though I will mention that I shop at the one by my house all the time. If you sign up for the rewards card (free) and watch the specials you can get some killer deals in there. I bought to quantum energy baitcasters earlier in the year list on tackledirect was $220 and I paid $99 each. They run all kinds of buy one get one 50% and things like that and their prices are the best around to begin with (at least in north jersey). They will send you gift cards and deals all the time with the rewards card too (not credit card, just like a shop rite card)
