Re: Flounder Rpts.
With all due respect, thats fine, IF you work on a tow boat, and have that kind of access. However, most guys don't have that enviable situation and have to drive, put gas in their cars/trucks/tow vehicles/boats, pay rapidly growing ramp/bait/tackle prices, and such.. What would a 5 gallon bucket of mussles, 4 or 5 chum logs, and 5 dozen sand worms cost these days??.. Add ramp fees, gas, etc etc, and it might cost 2 guys $100 each or better to go flounder fishing.. Its MUCH easier for the locals that live close by.. However the local businesses depend on transients that must travel to fishing areas as much or more than they do on locals.. THOSE guys.. the guys that travel and must spend money , are the ones that no longer fish for flounder.. Like me... bob
