Re: Baitrunner Spinning Reel Questions
I was down on these Shimano Bait Runner reels based on the issues I had with the earlier 3500/4500 models. They did not seem to hold up well, sloppy anti reverse, skipping in and out of gear when reeling etc.
That being said, wifey bought me the 8000 for my birthday 2 years ago and it has been flawless. Very smooth and trouble free so far and a big improvement over the 3500/4500.
