Means 2 things... Time for an advertising extraveganza on whatever lure/line/rod/reel/boat/sunglass/hat/shoes/mouthwash helps to win it.
Very difficult watching bass tourneys in the Northeast, it does mean time to fish soon but it's never soon enough!
