The problem is you are telling people something is legal when its not. What they choose to do with the correct info is up to them but spreading bad info is irresponsible as a know-it-all. You can fish during the closed season in NJ and catch and release stripers... That is a fact.
How long have you targeted Striped Bass... For me it's close to 27 years for stripers alone.
