Had my buddy go out of Barnegat on same day friday and they fished 37 degree water in 80 ft which should be below normal temp for decent tog fishing and they totally crushed them. You just never no. We had excellent conditions and great bottom and had super slow day while they had shity wheather rough seas and low water temp and crushed them. When you think you have it figured out you are humbled by the mighty tog fish.
