Was down there about 5 years ago. There's a nice pier rite on the beach, you can buy live shrimp at the tackle shop at the beginning of the pier. It was pretty cool, caught some sheepshead and maybe some whiting? They charge you to get on the pier but they also sell cold beer
All in all its fun to make a day of it if your there. Just bring a fillet knife, there are fish fillet tables rite there.
