It's a first for me, i usually quit targeting lmb's around mid October but couldn't resist stopping by a local pond with the nice temps lately. Fished from 10:30-1, started out throwing a small husky jerk, no love. Next, Zoom brush hog. Was working deep water, then did some shoreline casts and surprisingly caught 3 good sized fish in a row, better than most summer days

. Got 2 more fish shortly after, making that 5 total, also dropped one and missed some hits. The action died after the first hour though. They were all around drop offs not far from shore, i guess the warm weather between yesterday and today drew them out of the depths.
