One suggestion I would have, start stocking one of the Newark watershed reservoirs. Oak Ridge is the only lake that doesnt get stocked (unless with bass, I'm not sure). And, if the bass purists have a prob with that, why not Echo? Even go for the possibility of some natural tigers?  And, an increase in the sale of permits would pay for the added expense.
Another thought would be Monksville? Why not?? Lots of space for serious growth, especially since there no fish in there, lol..............

Trout, Lake trout and Hybrids have been stocked at Monksville in the past. Not sure if they have ever put Tigers or Pike in there. I think that Pike would be a great addition to Monksville.
