speedwell lake 11/22
hit speedwell at 6am and waited for enough light to start fishing. shoreline was packed. landed one sluggish bow 13-14" on powerbait on 1st cast. thought it was gonna be a trout beatdown, but managed only 1 more hit. one guy got about 6 (spinner) and most people caught nothing. left at 1030. saw about 15-20 fish caught total. talked with a guy who said the bite was on fire 15 mins after stocking around 930 wed morning. he said he had his limit in 45 mins as well as many other people. still better than working. happy thanksgiving to everyone
