Default PA Bassin'

Was out for a weekend getaway with some friends. Although not a "fishing weekend," I spent some time fishing a small no-name pond. I caught close to 30 bass in 4 hours or so of fishing. Most were dinks, but I had one that was probably 2 1/2 pounds and one that was probably pushing 4. All fish were in REALLY shallow water and all were caught on Lucky Craft "Mad Scientist" soft-plastics. A friend gave 'em to me to try out. They're LC's first stab at soft-plastics. I had them hooked Texas/Weedless on a Gami 3/0 Wide Gap worm hook and was casting it into the gaps in the lilly pads. Lots of fun, non stop action.
